If there’s one class that’s changed how I see the world, it’s definetly European History HL. Studying global conflicts, diplomacy, and especially the choices that shaped whole generations made me realize something: history isn’t only about the past. It’s also about power, responsibility, and law. Most importantly, how nations, institutions, and people respond in moments of crisis.

That’s where the idea for this club started. I wanted a space where students could build on what we learn in class and ask deeper questions about why things happen. Whether it’s how international law works, what role diplomacy plays, or even how corporate law shapes big decisions, from trade to technology to human rights.

I’ve always been especially interested in corporate law, and how it ties and weaves its way into global rules, ethics, and accountability. It’s not something we usually talk about in high school, but it’s everywhere like in finance, climate talks, even the apps we use every day.

I also love writing, and I think when students write and speak about real issues, they become way better thinkers.

This club is for anyone who wants to: write, research, discuss, and connect ideas across law, history, and global affairs.

Most of all, I wanted to create something that brings people together. I love getting people working as a team, and building something that lasts all together.

That’s what this is, and I’d love for you all to be part of it.
